Please note all payments are final and no refunds will be given upon cancellation of any booking after 7 days of making your booking. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your booking and want to re-book for another day a minimum cancellation charge of £100 will be payable. If you cancel within 1 week of your booking and want to re-book for another day the total cost of the booking may be payable. If a Bouncy castle is cancelled by us due to weather conditions then we will arrange a castle for you for another day of your choice.
